Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because our products are consumable food and beverage items, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes - and we recommend subscribing to Better Than Water. Better Than Water is designed to be part of your daily ritual, and subscriptions help you stay consistent, which is key to experiencing the full benefits over time. You'll see the best results with consistent use over 30–45 days, and subscribing makes it easy to stay stocked and keep your routine going. (Subscriptions are currently available for Better Than Water only - Better Than Pop is not yet offered on Subscribe & Save.)

How do subscriptions work?

With Subscribe & Save, you can receive recurring deliveries of your favorite Better Than Water products. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through your account.
