Welcome to Better Than! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://getmybetter.com (the "Site"), operated by Life Fuel Nutrition Inc., doing business as Better Than ("Better Than," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account on our Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

Better Than sells food and beverage products, including hydration products, beverages, and related merchandise.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, change product offerings, or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, colors, packaging, and images. However, actual packaging or product appearance may vary slightly.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or typographical errors
Suspected fraud
Suspected resale or unauthorized distribution
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers, including Shop Pay. Better Than does not store your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Subscriptions

Certain products may be available as subscription purchases.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Better Than to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the subscription schedule you choose until the subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions may be managed through your customer account. Customers may skip, pause, modify, or cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Subscription pricing, discounts, and product availability may change over time. Any changes will apply to future subscription orders.

6. Shipping

Shipping times provided on our Site are estimates only.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Better Than currently ships only within the United States.

8. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to remove content we determine is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

We hope to resolve any concerns directly. If you have a dispute regarding the Site or your purchase, please contact us first at orders@getmybetter.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by applicable law or where claims qualify for small claims court.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against Better Than.
