Cancellation policy

Some Better Than products may be available as subscription purchases.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Better Than to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency you choose until your subscription is canceled.

You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. Customers may skip, pause, modify, or cancel their subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified for that shipment.

Subscription purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy. Because our products are consumable food and beverage items, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. Refund requests for eligible orders must be submitted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Better Than reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings, pricing, discounts, or delivery schedules at any time. Any changes will apply only to future subscription orders.
